GrabGroc sells the products shown in its catalog. Check the selected size, current price, options, shipping charge and total before submitting an order. Product availability and prices can change; an old order or saved cart is not a price guarantee.

Online payment is handled through Stripe when checkout is configured and available. Do not consider a payment successful until the payment provider confirms it. Subscription purchases use the cadence and commitment shown before checkout; manage existing subscriptions in your account.

Shipping choices depend on your address, parcel and available carrier services. Displayed arrival dates are estimates unless a specific service explicitly provides a guarantee. Contact support for order corrections, payment problems or delivery concerns.

Use the site lawfully. Submit reviews based on your experience and do not upload unlawful content or another person's private information. Optional analytics can be declined in cookie settings. For returns or refunds, follow the returns process below; statutory rights are not limited by these terms.
